You may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include transmitting false medical information, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with platform functionality, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

All content, software, and intellectual property on the MedevacAir platform are owned by MedevacAir or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

MedevacAir provides the platform on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
